5 Beauty Tricks and Tips any girl should know!

Hello LOVES!!!

today I want to share with you all about tricks and tips that I have done myself and live by so you can do the same :)

Tip/Trick #1: Have Stretch marks? wanna help remove them naturally?

I have some stretch marks and well I know we all do somewhere in our bodies and if you don't... GOD BLESS YOU lol
try this remedy

what you will need: coffee grinds, olive oil, hot towel

Ok so what you have to do is this get the coffee grids and the olive oil and mix together till you get the consistency of a paste
once that is is done, massage to the desired area for about 5 minutes
then get a hot towel ( I get a towel and wet it and then put it the microwave for about a couple seconds till hot since my stretch marks are in a small area this works for me, if your stretch marks are in a larger area you can try boiling some water and letting it sit there till it cools down to a "hot" you can take and then dipping the towel to get a "hot towel")
Leave the hot towel in the area for about 20 minutes
after then rinse off and top off with a good moisturizer I LOVE the vaseline cocoa butter one.. its my holy grail

do this about 1-3 times a day to see results in about 2 weeks.. thats when I started noticing them reducing :)

Tip/Trick #2: Oily much?
 <--- SWEATY EWW lol

I have super oily skin, and I live in florida which is SUPER DUPER humid so it doesnt help my skin out much!!! so in the middle of the day when I have excess oil and need to blot I usually use blotting papers that I carry in my purse butt we are girls and we change purses like we do underwear lol so I at times forget to bring my blotting papers OMG OMG OMG
SOLUTION: Go to Starbucks and even tho they are known for their coffee which I am a HUGE fan of get a bunch of there napkins they are awesome and can be used as blotting paper OR go into any bathroom where ever you are at and get those toilet seat covers NOTE: do not get the ones in the front I usually dig for the ones in the bottom and those as well are AWESOME blotting papers I mean if you really want to take some home cut them up and not you have FREE blotting papers lol

Tip/Trick #3: Microdermabrasion at home
I usually like getting microdermabrasion's and my lady charges me very fair but at times there is no $$ in the bank for my luxury :( so I had to explore on ways to get my luxury needs at home and for me it has helped I cant say that dont go to my facial lady anymore because I do but when I cant I do this at home to keep up :)
what is it? For those of you who don't know what microdermabrasion is, it is a clinical procedure that is done by a cosmetologist to help reduce the appearance of acne scars, discoloration, and even helps with fine lines
Ok back to my little recipe

what you will need: baking soda, and simple H2O (water)

I get about 5 Tbsp of baking soda and then start adding water slowly till i get a nice thick paste ( I cant tell you how much water I add because I eye ball it sowwie), wash off and add moisturizer and voila!

For me I like doing this for a nice clean, soft, face feel
P.S do this after your face is clean I do it after I removed all my make up and washed my face and then I do this and then add moisturizer

Tip/Trick #4: Dry Hair?
<-- LOOK at those DRY/SPLIT ENDS :I !!

My mom has dry hair and when winter comes around it gets worse so I had to help her figure out a solution a home remedy:

What you need: Avocado oil ( we got ours at Whole food for about 6 bucks), extra virgin oil, 1 egg
Depending on your hair length you may need more but my moms hair is short so this is what I use to help her out
3 Tbsp avocado oil, 3 Tbsp extra virgin oil, 1 egg WHITE
I then whisk these together and make a mask then apply it to my moms hair and leave it on for about 15-20 minutes then shampoo and rinse
we do this about 1-2 times in a 2 week period.

Those who have dried ends can do this as well I don't have dry hair but my tips due to my straightening iron and color treatment I do also apply this to my hair but just on the tips.

Tip/Trick #5: Feet.. Pretty Feet PLEASE!

I am obsessed with my feet I like them soft and looking nice ALL the time
I notice at times at school, the mall, or just about anywhere cracked feet and no offense ladies and men that is just NOT cute AT ALL!!! EWW
but I can admit I don't have soft feet just because I take care of them

What you need: bucket, water, apple cider vinegar, Epsom salt
Get a bucket big enough to place both feet or 2 buckets to fit each foot in each bucket. I bought a bucket at Wal-mart to fit both of my feet and it was like ($5)

Fill the bucket with warm water i put mine a bit more on the hot side just because I love hot "warm" water I then place 1 cup of the apple cider vinegar then 1 cup of the Epsom salt I get a wooden spoon and mix it and then soak my feet in for about 10-15 minutes while I read a magazine or watch some TV
I then rinse my feet out and get my pumice stone thingy which I also purchased at Wal-mart and scrub the heel of my feet as well as behind my big toe because those are the areas for me that get raspy
rinse again
place my vaseline cocoa butter lotion and YAY soft sexy feet!
<-- She LOVES mommy's feet!

Well LOVES!!!
